is windows working properly - Microsoft Community


have windows phone, , windows laptop. have had real problems either, , @ times both of them. phone not support of apps put on, today laptop switch on, opens opening page, , nothing further happens. both have had updates in last week, take forever. me having these problems?

were updates installed on both devices? there's possibility program or software conflicts may have incurred during update. diagnose , address problem, suggest running first windows update troubleshooter on laptop , see if clears issue.

in case issue persists, may go ahead , perform clean boot. we'll have start computer using minimal drivers determine conflict causing problem. detailed steps, please check out how perform clean boot in windows.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
