wifes nextbook user account changed microsft account info without permission.  why , how did happen

hi bob,

there possibility microsoft account set before local account on wife's pc , linked wife's account. other possible reason use microsoft account logged in on wife's pc.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
