Reduce Windows - Microsoft Community


since updating windows 10 version 1703 x64-based systems (kb4020821), cant reduce window size.  can minimize though.  i'm talking icon left of x on top right corner of screen (2 little squares 1 on top of other).  icon not respond.  i'd appreciate solution.  many thanks.

this issue may arise if tablet mode option activated in computer. disable it, kindly go action center click "tablet mode" turn off.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
