Replaced McAfee with Sophos. Screen started jumping and an intruder - Microsoft Community


i uninstalled  mcafee, , installed sophros home, installed disc defragger, shortly there after screen started jumping, had intruder trying enter, sophros  stopped , deleted .

can't afford going wrong, replaced last pc one,  last 1 microsoft responsibility, far take store repair.

had bb dump old new one, mess. least going take life time sort out.  need old granny

my advice uninstall sophros run mcafee removal tool , sophros removal tool. once done make sure windows defender turned on and updated. more protection users need , can use adwcleaner , malwarebytes-free backup scanners. try , see if doesn't solve issues.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
