sign in box does not appear each time

on startup, whether sleep, hibernate, reboot or restart, sign in box not appear consistently.

i need restart again.

sometimes says sure want restart because other people might lose work.

my fear 1 day restarting second or third time not open , not able use pc.

i've done chkdsk, many scans defender , kaspersky, , mrt.

i have settings require pin.

has else had same issue, , resolved it?

the problem resolved, actually, after ran windows update troubleshooting tool , checked "fix" on each item.

i don't know how related issue having, since not expert, user.

but worked.

i posted fixes on post. if you're interested can post them here. if not, maybe can close thread somehow.
