Sign in PINN no longer works - Microsoft Community


sign in pinn no longer works- system wrong pinn. hp spectre 360 came windows 10. last update 1-25-2017 kb3213986. have use microsoft account password.  have rebooted system , still not accept pinn. attempted change pinn , thought worked same results. removed use of pinn restarted tried add  new pinn, still not accept. virus scanned system, nothing found. suggestions.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
