let's try isolate issue regarding accounts on pc. kindly give details on following:

  • is happening on single account or on accounts you're using on pc?
  • the account in reference to, microsoft account or local account?
  • was administrator user or standard user?

to test further, try login account device , see if gets logged out.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
