Windows 10 PC/Device needs to be repaired error code 0xc000000e - Microsoft Community


this happened me out of nowhere. went give computer restart , blue screen error

i've tried usb repair tool try startup repair options. 

this doesn't work startup repair couldn't repair pc. , still

the application or operating system couldn't loaded because required file missing or contains errors.

file: \windows\system32\winload.exe

error code: 0xc000000e 

shows in blue screen. 

when repair comes couldn't repair pc. i've tried cmd promt solutions in other posts no avail. don't understand ****, working fine no more 10 seconds before restarted. 

i have intel i7 8gb ram , windows 10 working fine , i'm losing hours of day this. 

please help

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
