Windows 10 seems to be slower after the last windows update - Microsoft Community


after windows update (i think kb3150513 or kb4013429) think pc reacting way slower before. none of parameters shown in task manager seems limit cpu , ram @ 20 30%. after details i've noticed workload of ssd , network adapter @ 0% workload time high peaks every 10 seconds. time when programs have stopped responding start work again. haven't installed kb4015438 jet progress not going above 1% minutes. know how fix problem?

there many factors might cause concern. suggest perform steps below:

method 1 - run windows update troubleshooter:

when running troubleshooter, make sure connected internet. can download troubleshooter through link.

method 2 - run system , maintenance troubleshooter:

  1. press windows key + x, select control panel.

  2. change view option on top right large icons.

  3. click on troubleshooting , go system , security.

  4. click on run maintenance tasks.

  5. restart computer.

keep updated if comes can further assist you.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
