i pop-up error message every time boot windows 10 laptop...

the instruction @ 0x000000001001b721 referenced memory @ 0x000000001001b721. memory not read.

click on ok terminate program"

if click on ok goes away , laptop seems run fine disturbs me have error message coming every time on boot up.

does know if serious or how rid of or fix situation...?

wnda3100v2.exe extension helps indicate files should executed. program has no visible window, hard track whether file present or not. when process file gets missing or anything, computer starts showing number of indications of software , program malfunction.

to resolve issue, please follow steps below:

  1. run system file checker , dism
  2. perform clean boot in windows

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
