Corrupted User Profiles - Microsoft Community


for reason user profile on main business computer keeps getting corrupted cannot use expensive software (toonboom). programmes work if make new user on pc, i'd rather not need continually transfer files , re-create user profile. suspicions believe it's when use synced profile on other personal computer in room. love have feedback on how (if possible) avoid issue, otherwise i'm going make non-synced account test theory... may anyway. shouldn't have to, windows won't read it's f*$@ing annoying.

  • are getting error when logged user profile? 

  • is issue limited specific program, or happen programs open? 

  • can send screenshots of issue?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

did upgrade win 7 win 10 when kept getting messages telling me needed update before stop supporting win 7, , far must dislike win10.  i've had lot of problems, main being lot of times when turn on laptop, blank screen.  the laptop on , running, there light coming screen can't past screen.  at 1 point, closed screen go sleep, open screen , fine.  that doesn't work either - laptop won't go sleep.  i've tried going safe mode, messing different settings nothing has worked.  i install updates windows recommends - i'm @ loss , frustrated.  anyone have ideas on how fix blank screen logons?  is video driver issue??  i appreciate before frustrated , throw laptop out window.  :)  thanks in advance. answers post should include minimum information. 1.  device type. ie pc, laptop, tablet, surface. 2.  os type, home, pro, executive, etc 3.  current build....
