"Windows Stopped Working" -- CAUSED BY NTOSKRNL.EXE -- - Microsoft Community


my work pc has reboot several times without notice , not caused domain or server-side maintenance. dug windows reliability history , found 2 events today , yesterday "windows stopped working" , "improperly shut down."

the computer has rebooted bugcheck.  bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff803e3c82054, 0xffff9f017ab365f0, 0x0000000000000000). dump saved in: c:\windows\memory.dmp. report id: dfa4de72-6c94-4f17-9cc9-033c4aef618e.

this critical issue, have lost files working on.

i've uploaded export of reliability history , info pulled 3 .dmp files throughout past few days below:

  • are logged in computer administrator?
  • did notice changes on computer prior concern?
