Windows 10 broken after update - Microsoft Community


hi

following events of wannacrypt , eternal blue, decided install latest updates of windows 10. (big mistake)

result: computer doesn't start anymore :-(

i tried stuff like

  • startup repair: fails
  • system restore: says there no recovery image
  • previous build: nothing happens
  • ...
  • finally (desperate attempt): creating new bootable usb-stick mediacreationtool:
    • option remove anything: won't this
    • option keep files: tells me have start computer , run setup.exe: how??????

i don't understand way of thinking behind microsoft developers...

can give me more suggestions computer startup again , keep files, without having open computer , switch ssd?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
