Windows 10 continously cycles around - Microsoft Community


i having trouble window10 laptop,

it keeps on reporting stop code of 0xc000021a failure.

automatic repair doesn't work. reset pc doesn't work.

when file c:/windows/system32/logfiles/srttrail.txt says

startup repair has tried several times still cannot determine cause of problem

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
