Windows 10 Restart Problem - Microsoft Community


i having strange problem after did clean install of windows. windows functions if shut down system if chance click on restart option, windows gets wither stuck during shutdown process or when boots again. tried many procedures mentioned in community fix windows boot problem problem remains same:
no matter try, windows restart gives me problem. 

have tried booting in the startup repair mode, booted in safe mode, tried system restore, etc. system not booting up. it has flickering screen problem.  i somehow booted in safe mode not key changes (install or uninstall program) , when restarted system flickering screen problem remained.

can please suggest viable solution problem? has else also faced same? 

note: using hpdv63130tx laptop , have drivers installed.

to address concern, suggest access window recovery environment , open command prompt. type in bcdboot c:\windows , press enter.

you can run system file checker while in command prompt. is utility in windows allows users scan corruptions in windows system files , restore corrupted files. run tool, please refer link.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

did upgrade win 7 win 10 when kept getting messages telling me needed update before stop supporting win 7, , far must dislike win10.  i've had lot of problems, main being lot of times when turn on laptop, blank screen.  the laptop on , running, there light coming screen can't past screen.  at 1 point, closed screen go sleep, open screen , fine.  that doesn't work either - laptop won't go sleep.  i've tried going safe mode, messing different settings nothing has worked.  i install updates windows recommends - i'm @ loss , frustrated.  anyone have ideas on how fix blank screen logons?  is video driver issue??  i appreciate before frustrated , throw laptop out window.  :)  thanks in advance. answers post should include minimum information. 1.  device type. ie pc, laptop, tablet, surface. 2.  os type, home, pro, executive, etc 3.  current build....
