Windows 10 wont open. - Microsoft Community


windows 10 wont open. have run file checker -unable fix corrupted files- ran dism - cant find source- now?  i suspect update on 3/28/2017 may problem has happened since then. suggestions? thanks

this can caused corrupted system file or program incompatibility. it's possible recent update made caused other programs not run expected. since ran system file checker , system update readiness tool, we'd know more information isolate further:

  • were prompted error messages?
  • can provide more details of issue can come effective solution?
  • what program or application you're trying open before getting issue?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

did upgrade win 7 win 10 when kept getting messages telling me needed update before stop supporting win 7, , far must dislike win10.  i've had lot of problems, main being lot of times when turn on laptop, blank screen.  the laptop on , running, there light coming screen can't past screen.  at 1 point, closed screen go sleep, open screen , fine.  that doesn't work either - laptop won't go sleep.  i've tried going safe mode, messing different settings nothing has worked.  i install updates windows recommends - i'm @ loss , frustrated.  anyone have ideas on how fix blank screen logons?  is video driver issue??  i appreciate before frustrated , throw laptop out window.  :)  thanks in advance. answers post should include minimum information. 1.  device type. ie pc, laptop, tablet, surface. 2.  os type, home, pro, executive, etc 3.  current build....
