I am locked out my laptop and my Microsoft account says I have no - Microsoft Community


i have daughters laptop set microsoft.  well daughters friends changed password did have picture password changed regular one, , don't remember @ put .   computer says go account.live.com , sign in account used , not there.  so have computer useless.  i been trying fix problem thinking ( if can pass password page) has been no eval!   saw how safe mode windows 10, cant start key go way say.  i tried hitting f8 , not work.   please anything@!!!!

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
