i cant sign in to my account - Microsoft Community


 i set sign in local account. made , saying password wrong. after trying 10 time reset me password , i'm still saying same thing. if can tell me how fix id  appreciate it.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
