I'm signed in as Administrator, but I'm not recognized as the - Microsoft Community


i user on desktop pc.  signed in administrator, not allowed access drives or change folder properties claiming need administrator.  never saw before.  using windows 10; i7 4770k cpu @3.50ghz; 32gb ram; 64 bit operating system.

i've checked @ security logins/users , shows administrator.

any or ideas appreciated.

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
