Windows log in screen does not show sign in box and can't boot in - Microsoft Community


i'm having trouble logging windows 10-loaded computer. won't load safe mode , home screen not give me sign in box sign in. says it's not connected internet. can @ point restart computer or shut down. can't else load. ideas?

the teenager trying 'fix' game , i'm worried deleted should not have.

here go:

  1. turn machine on.
  2. wait until spinning circle appears.
  3. turn machine off.
  4. repeat steps 1 . . 3 2 more times.
  5. walk through menus appear until find system restore.
  6. restore windows date when worked should.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
